Annotatsiya
Abstract. Contemporary trends in the digitalization of educationand sport are creating new opportunities to enhance the training processin water polo. This article examines the problem of developing specialendurance in water polo players at the stage of advanced specializationfrom the perspective of integrating pedagogical, physiological, and digitaltechnologies. The necessity of transitioning from traditional loadmanagement methods to systems based on objective biomarkers (heartrate — HR, heart rate variability — HRV, lactate level, recoveryindicators) is substantiated. A concept of digital pedagogical monitoringis presented, aimed at individualizing the training process and improvingthe efficiency of endurance development. It has been established that theuse of digital tools increases the accuracy of load dosing, reduces the riskof overtraining, and ensures the stability of technical and tactical actionsunder fatigue conditions
