Annotatsiya
Abstract. This article analyzes the main challenges in the development of digital competencies within the higher education system of Uzbekistan. In particular, it examines issues related to the insufficient development of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, the quality and stability of internet connectivity, as well as the low level of digital literacy among students and teachers. The study identifies key directions for improving the educational process in the context of digital transformation and provides practical recommendations for overcoming these challenges.
