Annotatsiya
Abstract The development of oral communication skills is one ofthe most essential objectives of foreign language education in primaryschools. Effective teaching strategies are required to encourage younglearners to actively use the target language in meaningfulcommunication. This study examines effective methods for developingoral speech skills in English classes for primary school students. Theresearch focuses on communicative approaches, interactive teachingstrategies, role-playing activities, and storytelling techniques that helpimprove students’ speaking abilities. The results indicate that interactiveand communicative methods significantly enhance students’ motivation,vocabulary acquisition, and confidence in speaking English. The findingshighlight the importance of student-centered methodologies in fosteringcommunicative competence in early language education.
