Annotatsiya
The transition from childhood to adolescence is one of the most complex stages of human development, during which physical, emotional, cognitive and social changes intensify. This article analyzes the psychological aspects of these changes, the mechanisms of the emergence of mental health problems and their long-term consequences. Based on the research of world and national (Uzbek) scientists, prevention strategies are discussed, including interventions at the family, school and community levels. The article offers effective methods of maintaining mental health, based on empirical data and theoretical models.
