Annotatsiya
This article analyzes Internet language and its impact on modern language culture. Internet language is a unique linguistic phenomenon used in digital communication, which is expressed through abbreviations, emoji, memes, borrowings of English words, and new word forms. The study shows the positive and negative aspects of Internet language on youth speech, literary language norms, and written speech culture. It also discusses how Internet language affects the preservation and development of national languages in the process of globalization. Although Internet language provides speed and convenience, it sometimes undermines the normative rules of language. Therefore, it is important to form a language culture on the Internet and increase language responsibility among users.
