Annotatsiya
This thesis analyzes the economic essence of mortgage lending in commercial banks and its role in the financial system on a scientific basis. It considers mortgage lending as a separate type of credit relations, and covers its legal, financial and economic aspects. The thesis substantiates the role of mortgage lending in banking activities, its relationship with the real estate market, and its social significance in providing the population with housing.
