Annotatsiya
In the context of global climate change and the increasing impact of abiotic stresses - drought, high and low temperatures, salinity and nutrient deficiency - plant resilience is becoming a key factor in ensuring food security. This article reviews modern ideas on the molecular and physiological mechanisms of plant adaptation to adverse environmental conditions. Particular attention is paid to hormonal regulation, the role of transcription factors, signaling cascades and epigenetic changes. It also reviews advances in the field of synthetic biology and genetic engineering aimed at increasing plant stress resistance. The article presents an analysis of the results of recent scientific publications on the topic, including those published in international scientific journals. The prospects for applying the knowledge gained in agrobiotechnology and plant science are discussed.
